Gypsy Woman pattern

GYPSY WOMAN---A wall hanging featuring the  profile of an exotic woman. She could be from one of many different cultures.  Her head is draped in many scarves, some have fringe, some are beaded, some are plain. She can be decorated as elaborately or as simply as you wish.

Back Ground Fabric..2/3 yard
Scarf Fabrics AND Triangle Border.... 5 to 9 prints (fat quarters or regular quarter yards)
Corners...Scraps
Binding...1/4 yard
Backing...2/3 yard
Batting....2/3 yard

Embroidery floss for fringe on scarves (matching and contrasting colors), various beads, metallic thread for tassels.    Matching threads for applique.
